While negotiating on the price Rory was quick to respond but also followed with any extra info we needed or he felt we needed. We believe his knowledge of the local market, attention to detail, professionalism as well as calm and friendly nature, was the key, to the success we achieved. We decided to employ the services of Andrew McCoy at Mi property after meeting Andrew when he valued my mothers house in Warramunga Close Woy Woy. We were instantly relaxed with Andrew upon meeting him and found him to be the utmost professional.
Once we listed our property with Andrew at Mi Property, Andrew explained the process of what was required in order for us to sell our house quickly and for a good price. He instructed us to declutter in order to reflect the space of our property. The photos that were taken were fantastic as was the advertising on our property.
Each viewing we had on our property was normally on a Saturday and Andrew was always in touch prior to these viewings and always after these viewings to inform us of any interest and how many parties had visited. We also received a followup call on the Monday to inform us of any interest.
Once we had an offer on our property Andrew was extremely helpful on what the process was from there and was helpful in negotiating a settlement date that would suit both parties.

We come up to stay every other weekend which we really enjoy. We look forward to it immensely. Usually we get a late afternoon check out too which extends the fun! I took some leave and had a few extra days up here and our daughter is coming up with her friend for a few days as well.

I took some leave and had a few extra days up here and our daughter is coming up with her friend for a few days as well. Our son is coming up with his friends for a weekend next month. My other son is looking into a little half cabin boat to moor nearby for his future stays. It took months to get the 3 of them to come and look at what gems we have here and, when they finally did come see, their ‘bookings’ flowed in! I’m sure they will make it the place to be seen! It is nice to offer our hard working, cash strapped youngsters a nice holiday that they could not afford otherwise. As for me, well I still pinch myself! I can’t believe our good fortune to get beautifully maintained, modern apartments with great outlooks, so close to everything, and with good returns. It is so nice to leave the car in the easy-to-find car space for the weekend. Mantra do a great job with the letting pool, and in projecting the building’s profile, in difficult economic times. We have had a number of investment apartments in the past and we get the best returns that we’ve had here, even allowing for our weekend stays. The building depreciation helps pay for most of the strata levies which do cover a lot of very nice amenities. But what price do you put on lifestyle? So I might meet you strolling along the sands one Sunday morning soon? I walk to the end of Umina beach, touch the rocks. Then, on the return walk, I stop for a coffee and a read of the Sunday paper, at one of the surf clubs, while listening to the surf roll in… then back to bacon and eggs, with more water vistas, and at half of Sydney prices!
